Automations
Turn proven topics into scheduled WordPress articles and Facebook posts with a pipeline you can review, monitor, and improve.
Automations run a repeatable content pipeline for one project:
- Research finds a topic from competitor winners, your own traffic, or a topic you provide.
- Write creates the article and Facebook caption.
- Image prepares the article and social images.
- Review pauses the run for approval when the automation uses Manual mode.
- Publish places the article in the next available WordPress posting slot and, when configured, queues the Facebook post through Strevio.
- Learn uses results to improve future topics, titles, and captions.
Choose an objective
Every automation has one objective. Choose it carefully because it cannot be changed after creation.
- Facebook reach publishes each article to WordPress and can queue it to selected Facebook pages. It can mine proven topics from a Strevio competitor list.
- Site traffic publishes to WordPress and mines your own pages that already attract visitors from Google or NewsBreak in Plausible.
Create separate automations when you need both objectives. This keeps their performance histories and recommendations comparable.
Choose how much control you want
- Manual is the best starting point. Every draft stops at Review so you can inspect the image and Facebook copy before approving publication.
- Autopilot publishes into the next free WordPress slot without waiting for approval. You can still use Run now, inspect every run, pause the automation, and edit its settings.
We recommend using Manual mode for the first few runs. Move to Autopilot after you trust the topic sources, article instructions, images, captions, and destinations.
Start with a recipe
When you select New automation, Confleko offers three starting recipes:
- Competitor winners → Facebook mines topics from successful competitor posts, writes your own article, and prepares Facebook posts for manual review.
- Local news on autopilot covers fresh local stories from Google News and uses the story image as the hero.
- Evergreen site traffic builds guides and listicles from your own pages that already receive Google or NewsBreak traffic.
A recipe only supplies recommended starting values. You can change everything except the objective later.
Before you create an automation
For every automation:
- Connect WordPress in Project Settings.
- Add at least one WordPress posting time slot. Runs publish into these slots.
- Keep enough credits available for the first article. The setup wizard shows an estimate and warns when the balance is too low.
For a Facebook reach automation:
- Connect Strevio in Project Settings.
- Select the Facebook pages that should receive posts.
- Create a competitor list in Strevio if you want research based on competitor winners. Without a list, Confleko uses freeform research.
For a site traffic automation, connect Plausible so Confleko can find and evaluate pages receiving Google or NewsBreak visitors.
